I bought a lovely car from Charged Automotive which was clearly prepared very well. We had a little trouble with the bank and the transfer of money but Luca was very patient - thanks again! Had a great drive back and enjoyed the car over the bank holiday weekend.

Luca was very helpful and answered all of my questions before I came to see the car. I had over an hours journey so it was great to see that everything he had said was true and the car was lovely. We arranged an appointment for 7:30pm which was convenient as it meant I didn't have to take any time off work to buy the car.

The quality of the cars on offer at LMC are unlike any I have seen at smaller dealers. The two cars that I wanted to look at were both inside and ready for me and spotlessly clean. It’s clear that Luca takes massive pride and care over everything. After a test drive in both, he took the finance proposal there and then and within 30 minutes and a good chat about cars later, the documents were in my inbox ready for digital signature. A few clicks later and I was ready to drive away. Thank you for making everything so easy and pleasurable.

It’s clear when someone takes pride in what they do and Luca clearly does this with the cars he sells. Very knowledgeable and seeing as this was my first electric car, having someone who knows what they are talking about was very reassuring. Helpful at every step and nothing seemed too much trouble. Really enjoying the car too!

Great experience with Luca at LMC. Simple, honest advice and the entire purchase completed in under an hour including a good test drive which I was left to do on my own which was comforting. I had a good look around the car inside the unit (thankfully as it was raining and dark!) and then took it out for a drive. We purchased our little pocket rocket Abarth 500 from Charged Automotive in July 2022, as we needed a little but fun second car. We must honestly say that the customer service we received from enquiry to handover was beyond excellent by Luca! The work that has been carried out on the car is absolutely stunning (it looks and drives like a new car). The attention to detail was clearly seen at the handover stage! Everything that needed rectifying was also carried out to the highest standards also.
